Description
The largest frame in the range, racked for skewers. Same single handle,
same geared rack, more of it. This is the one for cooking at volume.
When you need the size
The F1 and F2 handle a family and then some. The F5 is for the occasions where that is
not enough: a christening, a long table lunch, a club fundraiser, the kind of cooking where
people arrive in waves and the grill needs to keep producing rather than finish one round
and rest.
It is a large piece of equipment and it wants a permanent spot rather than a cupboard.
If you are cooking for six on a Sunday, buy the F1. If the number regularly runs past
twenty, this is the frame that will not hold you up.
The shared handle at scale
On a grill this size the geared rack stops being a convenience and starts being the
reason the thing works. Turning a full load one skewer at a time would take long enough
that the first and last would be cooked to visibly different degrees. One handle turns
them together, so a full rack comes off matched.
