We hold stock in Australia, so your order ships domestically rather than being sent from a factory overseas after you buy it.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Australia. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge added at checkout. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
We ship within Australia only. We do not currently deliver to New Zealand or anywhere else overseas.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are packed and dispatched from stock held here in Australia. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.
If something you have ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you before processing rather than leaving you waiting on a silent order.
Delivery
These are bulky, heavy items and they travel by courier rather than through the post. A few things worth knowing:
- Someone should be available at the delivery address. Couriers will not always leave an item this size unattended.
- Capital city and metropolitan deliveries generally arrive sooner than regional and remote ones.
- For remote destinations we may contact you before dispatch to confirm the best way to get it there.
- We can deliver to a business address if that is easier than being home during the day.
If your address is remote, or you have a deadline such as a birthday or an event, tell us before you order and we will give you a realistic answer rather than an optimistic one.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before unpacking any further, and contact us the same day if you can. Freight damage is far easier to resolve with the carrier while the evidence is fresh.
Lost or badly delayed deliveries are our problem to chase, not yours. Get in touch and we will trace it.
